You do not have to be a consignor to work on one of our teams. Anyone 16 years of age and older can join and earn a presale ticket. Tickets are only one per person presale ticket.
REMINDER: Children are NOT allowed to come with you during your volunteer shift.

Types of Volunteering

Volunteer shifts are in 4 hour increments. You may work as many or as few shifts as you would like. Note: Check in and Breakdown teams shop earlier than other volunteers.

YOU ARE CRUCIAL to us!!!! When registering as a volunteer please understand that we are counting on you!!!! A missed volunteer shift will result in a $10 fee being deducted from your commission. You may sign up to volunteer when you login on our site.
Volunteer Team

Work 4 hours during the actual sale and earn a ticket to shop the 2 p.m. presale on Tuesday of the sale week.

All volunteers are expected to work their entire shift.

If you do not have 4 hours to work you can earn a presale ticket by bringing shopping carts to be used the entire week. Carts must be in good working order and may be borrowed from local businesses near the fairgrounds. Carts must be at fairgrounds on Friday before the sale between 5-8 p.m. and picked up on Monday of pick up between 5-7 p.m.
Breakdown Team (Please read ALL requirements. Being on this team requires a LOT of physical movement and attention to detail while sorting consignor items by number! )

Breakdown Team assists with sorting items for consignors to pick up once sale is over.

The Breakdown Team can work one of the following options:
1st Option: Sunday of the end of the sale 10 a.m. til 5 p.m. Or you can work
2nd Option: Saturday 2-6 p.m. AND Sunday 10-2 p.m. (That is a TOTAL of 8 hours.)
Breakdown requires a lot of walking so you MUST be in EXCELLENT physical shape!
If you are not in excellent physical shape, please choose another shift.

Wear comfortable shoes and you may want to bring a light snack and drink.

The Breakdown Team shops at 4 p.m. on Monday of start of the sale week.

Breakdown Team members will have their $10 consignor fee returned IF you work the entire shift.

THE $10 NON-REFUNDABLE CONSIGNOR FEE IS REQUIRED NOW AT THE TIME OF ONLINE REGISTRATION (If you work your entire shift, we will add this back into your consignor check.)

Breakdown Team members that work the entire required shift will earn 80% of their items selling price rather than the normal 70% consignors earn (*extra earnings not to exceed $50).

(If you use Wee Tag Tagging Service, you will earn 60% rather than 50%.)

Workers are expected to stay the entire shift for fee to be waived and earn their presale ticket. Please do not show up late or ask to leave early since this is not fair to the other team members.

Marketing Team
Our mom2mom marketing team is a team of moms who devote their time all year promoting mom2mom. To participate on this team, each person must exhibit an outgoing, friendly personality, must be responsible and trustworthy and must be willing to represent mom2mom as they go to local businesses, schools, churches and community events. Team members must be "all in" for mom2mom and need to have consigned with us for at least 2 sales. We also require our members to be “tech savvy.” Each member must be willing to promote mom2mom on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Six weeks before each sale, team members are ask to meet and discuss marketing plans for the upcoming sale. Each member is responsible for a particular area of Pensacola and surrounding communities. The team member is responsible for distributing flyers to all churches, preschools, day cares, schools, businesses, etc in their particular area.
